01. Zero NCII & Child Safety Tolerance
Denvo enforces an uncompromising zero-tolerance policy against Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), and any form of online sexual exploitation. Client-side hashing and proactive reporting mechanisms ensure that violating material results in immediate revocation of relay access and mandatory referral to law enforcement authorities (NCMEC).
02. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance
Where Denvo integrates with optional Google APIs (such as Google Drive backup sync or Google Sign-In helper passkeys), Denvo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We never transfer Google user data to advertising platforms or data brokers.
- We never use Google user data to serve targeted behavioral advertisements.
- We never permit humans to read Google user data unless required by applicable law or security incident triage.
